Before attending the GIP program in Shanghai, I was skeptical about engaging the services of any of the two allocated housing agents recommended by the school. I tried to go about my own ways to find my housing in Shanghai, but
it was gruelling as I simply do not have the resources to do so. As a last attempt, I contacted both of the school's agents and eventually chose Sens
Services. Why? They were not pushy and did not require me to sign a contract immediately. In fact, Joel's friendly and approachable personality gave me little reason not to believe them, and so I did.
Due to travelling delays, my plane was trapped in Shenzhen for around 12 hours. Faye, the Shanghai representative of Sens was prompt and efficient in
making sure the taxi driver got there on time event though there was even a change in airport locations from Pudong International Airport to Hongqiao
Airport. I was particularly impressed with her efforts to orientate us into
the new city even though she did not have to do so.
Through multiple engagements and follow ups, our housing agents became our friends. I am extremely glad that I chose Sens Services, because I gained good friends for life. For a totally fuss free and relaxing experience, choose Sens.

We were glad that we have engaged Sens Services to help us look for accommodation in Shanghai for GIP. Joel, the agent who came down to NTU during the briefing for accommodation, was friendly and efficient. Besides providing the standard services, he also went the extra mile for us. For example, he assisted us in admin stuff like applying for temporary residential passes when we first arrived in Shanghai. This was helpful of him as we were not familiar with the place and the admin process.
After we settled down, he initated a dinner gathering for all those who engaged Sens Services and showed us around. He was responsible in ensuring that our internet service was ready before we came. He also made sure that everything was okay before he returned to Singapore. Although he did not manage to get our top choice for accomodation, he managed to get an apartment that was within our expectations.
Overall, we were satisfied with Sens Services and will recommend them to future GIP students.

Sens Services has done a great job in sourcing an accommodation for us. After a relatively short waiting time, we found ourselves in a apartment located near metro stations and major supermarkets. The condition of the apartment was up to our expectation and Joel, the agent, was prompt in addressing our concerns. In sum, satisfaction guaranteed.

We were fortunate to have approached Sens Services as our house agency for our stay in Shanghai China. Sens services not only find us a perfect house suitable and convenience for everyone, they also answer to all our questions and needs. When we first reach Shanghai, we were all lost, but we were lucky to have Sens services helping us to settle our stuff. The temperature was 40 degree Celsius at that time, but our agent, Joel, was out in the sun, travelling around helping us to apply for our residential passes. Whenever we had any problems, they will help us solve them immediately, with no complain and no hidden or additional charge.
During the 5 months stay in Shanghai, we have visited numerous GIP mates' houses, but none was as convenience as, as big as, or as nice as ours. We must thank Sens Services for finding us an apartment that is near to not one but two train stations, and a mega supermarket. Our apartments was the largest and nicest among all too. Sens Services is always willing to go the extra miles to provide the best for their customers.
We were really thankful for the help and guidance that Sens services had given us throughout our stay in Shanghai.
